1. Agreement and eligibility
By signing in or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be an authorized Rossy Baby & Mum owner or staff member and at least 18 years old or legally able to accept these terms.
2. Accounts and permissions
Accounts are provisioned by an authorized owner or administrator. Keep credentials confidential, use only your assigned account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Owners control staff, roles, branches and permissions and are responsible for removing access when it is no longer required.
3. Proper use
Use the app only for authorized Rossy Baby & Mum operations. You may not access data without permission, falsify transactions, bypass security or permissions, introduce malware, disrupt the service, violate another person’s rights or use the app unlawfully.
4. Business records
Rossy Baby & Mum retains rights in its business records and is responsible for their accuracy, lawful collection and required exports or backups. The app assists with point-of-sale and operational record-keeping but is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.
5. Offline operation
Some workflows may continue offline and synchronize later. Users must keep devices secure, reconnect periodically and review synchronization warnings. Delayed connectivity, conflicts or device loss can affect when information becomes current across devices.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, internet failures and events beyond reasonable control may affect service. Features may be improved, replaced or retired with reasonable care to avoid unnecessary disruption.
7. Intellectual property
The application software, Tenga platform, designs and documentation belong to Depar Technologies Limited or its licensors. The Rossy name and business branding belong to their respective owner. Authorized users receive a limited, revocable right to use the app for internal Rossy operations.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted to protect the business or service, investigate misuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Owners may remove staff access. Account and data deletion is described in the Account and Data Deletion Policy.
9. Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”. Neither Rossy Baby & Mum nor Depar Technologies Limited is liable for indirect, special or consequential losses arising from unauthorized or improper use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia.
