Account and Data Deletion

1. In-app options

An owner can permanently delete the Rossy organization under Settings → Organization → Delete organization after entering the required confirmation and current password. Authorized owners or administrators can remove individual staff accounts from Staff.

Staff who cannot access the app may contact the organization owner or use the public request above.

2. Verification

We verify the requester’s identity and authority before deletion to prevent fraudulent loss of business records. We may send a confirmation message or ask for limited account details. We will never request your password.

3. What is deleted

For an approved staff-account deletion, we delete or de-identify the authentication account, profile, device registrations and notification tokens. Historical sales and audit records may retain a non-identifying actor reference needed for an accountable business history.

For an approved organization deletion by the owner, the organization, users, branches, products, inventory, customers, suppliers, sales, refunds, expenses, settings, device registrations and uploaded business files under our control are deleted or de-identified.

4. Timing and retention

Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. Limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, disputes or regulatory compliance. Secured backup copies may remain until normal rotation completes and are not returned to active use except for necessary recovery.

5. Before deletion

Deletion is permanent. The owner should export any reports or business records that must be retained before confirming organization deletion.
